EG Loses To Folson In Dual Semis

EG won one more match than Folsom but lost the dual, 38-27, in the semi-finals of the Sac-Joaquin Section's Wrestling Dual Championships Saturday at Stockton's Lincoln High School. The Bulldogs later in the afternoon lost to Vacaville for the Section championship, 54-18.

Here are a few highlights of the EG/Folsom dual. I also talk to Herd coach Pat Coffing who was a bit upset about losing to the Bulldogs.

Vacaville 54,  Folsom 18 (Vaca won its fourth D-I dual championship in a row and 14th in the past 16 years)

Los Banos 33, Weston Ranch 30

Semi-Finals:

Oakdale 64, Cosumnes Oaks 4

Oakdale defeated Los Banos for the D-IV championship, 52-13.
