Despite the rain and wind, the girls' golf teams competed Monday in the Sac-Joaquin Section's Division I - North tournament at Serrano Country Club in El Dorado Hills.
The four teams that qualified for next Monday's Section Masters tournament are St. Francis, Pleasant Grove, Rocklin and Granite Bay. Two members of the Delta Valley Conference champion Franklin team, Kylie Fong and Gurman Kaur, each fired an 85. They finished in the top six individually so they'll both advance to the Masters.
This will be the second year in a row for Fong to compete in the Masters.
