Sheldon Hosts McClymonds; PG Baseball Wins Big

Before we look at yesterday's sports results, don't forget the NorCal basketball semifinals are tonight. All roads lead to Sheldon High School for the Huskies' game with McClymonds of Oakland. Tipoff is at 7 p.m. The winner will take on the winner of Jesuit/DeLaSalle Saturday night at 8 p.m. at Power Balance Pavilion.

Baseball

PLEASANT GROVE 10, MCCLATCHY 1

Bronson Grubbs went two for three, as did J.Q. Folena (good to see he's back in the lineup, the Eagles will need him). Josh Adams, recovered from his knee injury in football was two for four with a double.

BRADSHAW CHRISTIAN 8, ARGONAUT 0

Austin Ragsdale throws six innings of shutout ball. Grant Heisinger threw the seventh inning.

SHELDON 15, GALT 7

Brandon Langan was four for five and had a big six RBI's.

VACAVILLE 3, FRANKLIN 1

Kyle VonRuden pitches well but little hit support. Tyler Blake had a double.
