All-State Football Team Announced

Cal Hi Sports announced their all-state football selections for the Sophomore and Junior class for 2012.  There are four players from the Elk Grove area selected:

All-State Football:  Sophomore

 - Spencer Sheff (Elk Grove), LB/RB/DB - Second Team

All-State Football:  Juniors

 - Joey Banks (Franklin), LB - Third Team

 - DeAundre Terrell (Pleasant Grove), QB/DB - Third Team

 - Alex Van Dyke (Cosumnes Oaks), WR - Third Team

Burbank's junior defensive tackle Ngalu Tapa was selected to the first team All-State Junior squad.
