Larson Finishes 38th at Daytona

Kyle Larson's debut on NASCAR's Sprint Cup had to be a disappointing one for the Elk Grove resident.
On the third lap of the Daytona 500, Larson's rear tire went flat and he slapped into the wall. He managed to get into the pit and return to the race. A large thunderstorm then delayed the race for six hours and he and the other drivers were back on the track ready to race at about 8:30 p.m. E.T.
He was at the back of the pack when on lap 162 he was bumped from behind by the car driven by Austin Dillon and he spun once again. This time he was finished for the day.
Larson, who drove the #42 Chevrolet, sponsored by Target, ended up in 38th place in a race won by Dale Earnhart, Jr.

Here's a video clip of Larson's crash....
